Do I need a new website?
Not for the Presence Check or Local Visibility. We work with what you have and make small fixes. If your site needs more, we'll tell you plainly and quote it separately.
Who owns the Google accounts?
You do. Your Google profile, analytics and ad account stay in your name, and you can remove our access at any time.
Who pays Google for ads?
You, directly. Your ad budget never passes through us, so you can see every dollar. After the free check we'll suggest a starting range.
How long until I see results?
Profile fixes can show up within days or weeks. Ads can start bringing calls once they launch, but they need a few weeks of data to improve. We report on real numbers each month and don't promise a date.
Do you write reviews for us?
No. We never write, buy or post reviews. They must come from real clients or patients, and only where your regulator allows.
Can I start with just the Presence Check?
Yes. It's a one-time $450 with no further commitment.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans start with a 90-day term, then continue month to month. After the first 90 days you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Do you work with practices outside Ontario?
Yes. We work with practices across Canada, remotely.
What if my profession has advertising rules?
It does, and we plan for that. You approve every word, and we work within your regulator's published standards. Read more on our standards page.
Do you guarantee more clients?
No, and be cautious of anyone who does. We show you the numbers each month so you can judge for yourself.
